Why do I LOVE Kaia? I LOVE Kaia because it’s a great group of women, all ages, all different fitness levels, all after one common goal…WE WANT TO SWEAT! There’s nothing better than starting your day or ending a long, hard day with a good workout. I’ve been running since grade school and trained myself through some half and full marathons I finally got “serious’ with my workouts about 7 years ago combining my runs with resistance training. To spice things up, I took up box and holding mitts!
I became a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and I can’t think of anything more enjoyable. I koach and mentor individuals trying to get back into fitness as well as athletes working on speed and agility. Kaia is all that, but most importantly….it is fun!
Kaia F.I.T. is a functional, fun and effective athletic training program designed by women for women. The program focuses on functional training, using mostly body weight and movement to get your body to function like it did when you were a kid.
