About Coach Allison

Roseville Bootcamp, Rocklin Bootcamp, Bootcamp

I grew up playing several sports, but my very favorite was track and field. I pole vaulted, triple jumped, ran the 400 and the 800. Track (and running) was my whole life, I competed for 11 years. I met my husband when we both ran cross country in college. It must have been his ridiculously short shorts that got my attention!

After college we were married and started having kids. We had our 4 kids in 5 years. I never lost my love of running and fitness & we still enjoy a very active lifestyle…but now with kids in tow! We spend our free time swimming, hiking, camping, biking…pretty much anything outdoors. The most important job that I do is raising my beautiful children. Having 4 little ones is pretty crazy at times, but I truly love it!

I am also a track coach and have immensely enjoyed coaching youth who are new to the sport. I enjoy helping my athletes set goals and after months of hard work and dedication, attain the results they hoped to achieve. It’s a special bond that forms between a coach and athlete and I cherish the relationships that I have built over the years.

I was initially attracted to Kaia because, from everything I had heard, Kaia was all about being healthy and having fun! Who knew profusely sweating & pushing myself to the limit could be so much fun? It’s incredibly fun, and it’s the Kaia girls who make it so enjoyable.

I love that Kaia is all about living a healthy, well-balanced life…not fad diets or other unhealthy practices.

For me, the best part about coaching at Kaia is watching women transform their lives. I have seen girls who have a low self esteem join Kaia and blossom into healthy, strong, confident Kaia Rockstars – in a matter of weeks! I truly believe that Kaia improves women’s lives and I am proud to be apart of it!
